How we have helped Heritage Care?

Heritage Care commissioned Bhavna to undertake a piece of work reviewing an internal investigation into a complaint. This was completed with great thoroughness and sensitivity and well within agreed timescales. The final report was very comprehensive.

Bhavna demonstrated her ability to gather information, analyse situations critically and identify positive solutions to move things forward. In my experience of working with Bhavna when she was with CQC and since she set up her consultancy I have found her willing to challenge, being very clear on the standards that should be in place, using her extensive expertise from her many years with CQC.

She has an excellent knowledge about the Adult Social Care regulatory framework and how to implement this operationally. Her personal skills are such that she is able to take staff with her, motivating and encouraging them to get it right. Her enthusiasm is inspiring and she never wavers from her focus on developing quality services.
